The fastest way to get help is through our Discord server. Our community and staff are active and ready to assist you.

Common Issues & Solutions
Account Issues
- Can't log in: Make sure you're using the correct authentication method (Steam or Discord). Try logging out and back in.
- Account not linked: Visit the unified login page and link your Steam or Discord account.
- Missing permissions: Contact a staff member on Discord to verify your account status.
Server Connection Issues
- Can't connect to server: Check the server status on our Servers page. The server might be offline or restarting.
- Connection timeout: Verify your internet connection and firewall settings. Make sure Garry's Mod is allowed through your firewall.
Donation & Premium Status
- Premium status not assigned: Premium Member status is automatically assigned after a successful donation. If it hasn't been assigned within 24 hours, contact us on Discord.
- Donation questions: Check our Donate page for information about donations and Premium Member benefits.
Reporting Issues
If you encounter bugs, rule violations, or other issues:
- In-game issues: Use the in-game reporting system or contact staff on Discord
- Website issues: Report bugs or problems on our Discord server in the appropriate channel
- Rule violations: Report players who are breaking server rules to staff members on Discord
- Ban appeals: Follow the ban appeal process outlined in our Discord server
